• The Arava Institute for Environmental Studies is a leading academic institution in the Middle East dedicated to advancing cross-border environmental discourse and preparing future leaders from Israel, Palestine, and Jordan.

• Rabbi Michael M. Cohen has been involved with the Arava Institute since its doors opened in 1996, dividing his time between Vermont’s Bennington College and Arava’s Kibbutz Ketura campus. He will share with us his two decades of experience with the Institute.
