  PhD in Rabbinic Literature from the University of Pennsylvania. A writer 
 and Torah educator for thirty years\, she has a special interest in the in
 tersection of Torah and the inner work of psycho-spiritual mental health. 
 She is a former resident and continuing fan of the Capital District\, and

 s that I think of as resting in its words -- taking a very small section o
 f Psalms\, usually a single verse or two\, and exploring deeply its meanin
